RETURN AND REFUND POLICY

Return Window

  • Ready‑made items: Return or exchange within 7 days of delivery.

  • Custom items (bespoke text/logos/sizes/colors, UV‑printed customs): Non‑returnable except for manufacturing defects or damage in transit.

Report Defects/Damage

  • Inspect your parcel at delivery. Report visible damage to the courier and email us within 48 hours with photos/videos and your order number.

  • Manufacturing defects discovered later must be reported within 7 days of delivery.

Item Condition for Returns

  • Unused, uninstalled, and in original packaging with all accessories/mounting hardware.

  • No marks, drilling, alterations, or cable cuts.

  • We may decline returns that show signs of use, improper installation, or damage caused after delivery.

Non‑Returnable Items

  • Custom‑made signs (including personalized text, logos, sizes, colors, backboards).

  • Clearance/final‑sale items (if marked).

  • Gift items bundled as free presents.

How to Start a Return

  1. Email infolunalaze@gmail.com with subject “Return Request – Order #”.

  2. Wait for our RMA/confirmation and return instructions (returns address is provided after approval).

  3. Pack securely; include order number inside the box.

  4. Share the return tracking number with us.

Return Shipping Costs

  • Buyer pays return shipping for change‑of‑mind/size/color choice.

  • If we confirm a defect, damage, or wrong item, we’ll cover or reimburse reasonable return shipping.

Refunds

  • After the item arrives and passes inspection (usually 3–5 business days), we’ll issue a refund to the original payment method:

    • Cards/Wallets/Bank/Raast: refunded to the same method/account.

    • COD orders: refunded via bank transfer or wallet (you’ll provide details).

  • Bank/wallet processing can take 7–10 business days after our approval.

  • Original delivery/shipping fees are non‑refundable unless the return is due to our error or a verified defect.

Exchanges

  • Like‑for‑like exchanges on ready‑made items are possible within the 7‑day window, subject to stock.

  • For customs, we can often adjust/rework at cost—ask our team for options.

Cancellations

  • Ready‑made: cancel before dispatch.

  • Custom: cancel before production begins (design/proof fees may apply). Once production starts, orders are non‑cancellable.

Warranty Reminder

  • LED neon modules and power supplies carry a 6‑month limited warranty against manufacturing defects under normal use. This doesn’t cover misuse, improper installation, power surges, or water ingress on non‑outdoor units.
